OnKair is an early-stage company building software for the daily inpatient workflow: patient lists, task tracking, structured handoffs, and the rounding loop.
Inpatient teams spend an enormous fraction of the day on coordination work that does not require clinical judgment: re-typing the same plan into the sign-out, reconciling a task list across the team, restructuring the same information for the next shift.
OnKair takes the boring, repetitive parts of that workflow and structures them. AI drafts what would otherwise be retyped. The physician confirms before anything is finalized. Nothing reaches the chart without a clinician in the loop.
We are designing the product from inside the hospital, not from the outside in.
